- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I hate this insurance agent. He is very arrogant and treated me like a complete idiot. He wanted me to come into his office to discuss my car and home insurance so I took off work to try and come in. I get in there and he doesn't know why I'm there. So it was a complete waste of time. Then on top of that he tried to get me to sign up for a credit card...what kind of insurance company is this? Go to anybody but him in my opinion...I have since dropped this insurance and went with Erie Insurance much betterBy Brian Graham, September 15, 2017
